These are the rules for using glitchslap.art and anything Glitchslap puts out. By using the site you agree to them. They're short on purpose.
The art
Every work we show belongs to the artist who made it. Showing it here doesn't hand you any rights to it. Want to use something? Ask, and we'll put you in touch.
Our stuff
The Glitchslap name, the G mark, the site design and our own words and videos are ours. Share links all you like. Don't pass our brand off as yours.
Sending us work
When you send work for an open call or a feature, you confirm it's yours to send. You keep the copyright. You give us permission to show it, with credit, on our site, channels and in our shows, for the purpose you sent it for. Any money involved gets agreed in writing first.
Our YouTube tools
Our software uses the YouTube API Services to manage the Glitchslap YouTube channel. By watching or interacting with our videos you're also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle data is in our privacy policy.
Behave
No hacking, scraping, hate, harassment or spam. Spam goes in the furnace.
The boring bit
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it'll never glitch (ironic, we know). Nothing here limits any rights you have by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
